Darrin (Dewitt) Henson, MTV Video Music award-winning choreographer, actor, director and producer, lectured Sunday, January 15, 2011 at 2 p.m. in the Main Library Auditorium. Henson’s topic was “Today’s Movement.”
The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Lecture is presented by the Akron-Summit County Public Library and the Eta Tau Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha, Inc. The library and fraternal organization started the lecture series in 1985.
